I dont think it includes the repair mode parts. Anyways you can always sell both of the led lights for $20 to help cut the cost.

 Re: New Gunpla Kits
Dont have the blue frame but it appears that the MG red frame has some improvements over it. The arm has been reinforced it seems allowing it to do things like this. Another variant of the jet pack/sword/gatling gun/ pincers/ bow lol

 Re: New Gunpla Kits
HGUC ZZ is good news and I've been wanting an MG Wing for sooooo long. Although now that I see it it seems so skinny and fragile. I'd like to see it with a wash. The old kit actually has some really nice surface detail. The MG looks kinda blah.
LOL, 2 MG kits I've been dying for (Wing and Red Frame) and I end up disappointed by both.
BTW, Jros - I'm not sure exactly what you meant by the Red Frame's arm, but in that pic the sword/claw is still being held up by an action base.

 Re: New Gunpla Kits
Don't hate on the Red Frame, yo. I'm still excited for it. And now there's TWOOOOO samurais to fight! And they'll have to contend with THREEEE transformers samurais shortly! It will be crazy cross-universe action! It's even 3vs3 in terms of good and evil!

 Re: New Gunpla Kits
Yeah the wing looks a bit skimpy, maybe they are trying to be more anime accurate. I really like the second version of wing though...... I do hope they do deatchsycthe custom, been waiting for an mg of that for ages. As for the arm, I noticed the stand after the fact, plus the article I retrieved the photo from had stated it had imporved arm mechanics, I guess he didnt notice the stand either lol.

 Re: New Gunpla Kits
Hell yeah, the panel line wash made a big-ass difference. Still kind of missing all the surface detail, but no longer feeling disappointed. BTW Where is Vee??? He should be all over this! Somebody email him or something and make sure he knows...

 Re:
Exactly. Think "giant high grade". There's downsides and upsides to that approach. The upshot is that you can get a big, nicely detailed Gundam for under $100. If Bandai made a MG that big it would probably cost at least twice as much as it does. If it were a PG, it would probably cost several times more... (MG Perfect Zeong is only about the height of a PG Gundam and it goes for 10,000 yen... And the cheapest PG Gundams are 12,000 yen...) The down-side is that it's not as poseable as a MG or PG, it's got seam lines down the middle of various parts, gimmicks like core fighter and cockpit aren't provided, and so on... I think if this thing were any more expensive than it is, there's no way I'd even consider it. As it is, I at least think about maybe getting one at some point... I could see maybe dropping $100 on this thing, if I could manage to get it for that (shipped, I mean) - though there's not much point if I didn't have a place to display it. :)
