 Dilophosaurus **now completed!**
Started work on a new Dinosaur project - the Jurassic Park Dilophosaurus :
http://www.ghostofzeon.com/wip/diloph/dilophwip.html
This one will feature a few modifications to the overall posing of the kit as well as making it less like the unrealistic 'Spitters' in Jurassic Park and more what they are thought to really look like.
So far, the neck, head and arms have been modded to allow for a different pose and it's nearly ready for some epoxy putty and some sculpting.

Finished :
Made modifications to the position of the neck, head, jaws, hands and arms, plus a custom paint scheme and 'autumn' themed base.
Completed page :

In-Progress page :

And finally, the Gallery :

This was my first attempt at surgery and modifications to a Dinosaur kit so thoughts and suggestions on how it looks would be more than appreciated!

Dude, again and again, excellent work! Where do you get your kits? Seeing your pic makes me want to build one, or turn on the discovery channel ;)

Got this one off of eBay. The Lindberg and Revell kits are quite common but not overly accurate. There are quite a few resin kits available from sculptors like Jon Rader, and Shane Foulkes that are wonderfully detailed and well built. In fact, I have an Edmontosaurus from Jon Rader pinned and ready for gap filling if I ever get the time.
Glad you like this build too jiminboo.
